After 25 years as a corporate officer leading HR communications and change management, I made the decision most people only whisper about. I walked away at the height of my career, not because something was wrong, but because something more was calling.

What I discovered in my own pause became the foundation of The Purple Door. Transition is not an ending to survive. It is a threshold to walk through, beautifully, intentionally, and in the company of women who understand.

I'm building, but differently than I climbed. I spent 25 years leaping from title to title. This season I'm inching forward on purpose, creating rooms where women who've spent their lives pouring out finally get poured into. I'll say it plainly: I feel called to this work, and this whole season has been God-led.
